STEP 1: ENTRANT INFORMATION

This is critical information for our lineup. Please describe what your entry will look like, best estimate of how many people will be walking/ riding, and how many vehicles. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A TWO (2) VEHICLE LIMIT WHICH WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

(all entry fees are non-refundable)

ALL ENTRANTS WILL RECEIVE A PARADE POSITIONING ASSIGNMENT WITH THEIR OWN VERY SPECIFIC CHECK-IN TIME BY MARCH 5TH.

Please communicate these details with everyone who will be with your unit, as it is extremely important you all arrive at your exact check-in time and place in an organized, timely manner.

If payment is not received in full by march 5th, your spot is released and your group will not be included in the parade.

Agreement

Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages allowed.

You may not throw items to parade viewers. It is a major safety concern and a great deal of work for the Utica DPW to clean up. You must distribute by hand only. This will be strictly enforced.

All parade participants hereby agree to indemnify the Great American Irish Festival, Inc., Utica Saint Patrick’s Day Parade, City of Utica, event sponsors, and all officers, agents and volunteers associated with the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade and its activities, and hold them harmless from any and all claims, damages, actions, liability and expenses arising from or out of any lose, damage to property, or injury to any persons which may be due to any act of omission of said parade participants, or their agents, contractors, volunteers of employees. This agreement is executed by the authorized representative of the respective organization and shall serve to bind all persons associated with the aforementioned parade unit. It shall be the responsibility of the undersigned representative of the respective organization and shall serve to bind all persons associated with said unit as to the terms of this agreement including the liability and all matters relating to conduct during the parade. Failure to adhere to this agreement, the Parade Rules and Regulations, or the direction of parade personnel may result in immediate and/or future removal from the Utica Saint Patrick’s Day Parade.
